The purpose of the Help Center is to provide you with the right answers at the right time. Our support is provided only for direct product buyers. While applying at our Help Center you will need to authorise via Envato API mechanism to validate purchases of our products.
Our Help Center is the only official Looks Awesome support handling mechanism. Questions sent using other channels may be ignored without notice. We don’t provide support via either social networks or Looks Awesome website.
Free Support Period
Currently with every purchase on Envato you got 6 month free support for each product purchased. Support is not provided if support period is expired. As authors on Envato Marketplaces we strictly follows Envato Terms and Policies.
Before asking your question, please make sure you have read the product documentation provided. You can find the full list of docs by products by visiting Product Docs & Resources.
Opening Support Ticket
In order to get response in reasonable time we are kindly asking you to provide following information while opening support ticket:
- Your website URL
- Login credentials for WordPress admin and FTP access if necessary
- Version of product used
- Detailed description of actions taken before issue
- Screenshot of the problem
- Any other information that you find useful

We don’t use, collect or share you email, credentials or any other information in any way. We won’t spam you with newsletters or so.
