We do respond to all opened tickets that we receive. Usually, our response time is not more than 2 business days. If you don’t receive our replies for a long time please check your spam folder. Kindly add our email address to your contacts list after to avoid spam issue in future.

It is also important that you submitted working email. We can’t reach you If you made typo in the email address. Or your email server is not working and we get only failed delivery reports when trying to reply you.

Occasionally it is possible that your email might be caught by a spam filter on our side. It’s a rare situation and we check spam periodically but it may happen, unfortunately. If you opened a ticket via our Help Center and we didn’t respond for a week or so, please leave a comment on CodeCanyon for the plugin you purchased or send us private message.
