Ninja Kick: Free jQuery Contact Form
Ninja Kick Series: Contact Form jQuery edition adds contact form with content push animation effect and clean design on every page of your site. For example you can make menu item ‘Contact Me’ and trigger it to open contact form on the same page. The form will slide in without page reloading.
This plugin uses modern CSS3 transitions with fallback to older JS animations if browser lacks support. Form is responsive to screen size changes, works well on mobile devices and reacts on swipe gestures.
Important! This plugin doesn’t have server script for form submit handling and composing notification email as its WordPress version. You need to create this script manually, depending on server language you use. Here’s PHP version of this script.
